Chester Tan has his eye on journalistic photography which includes wedding, candid portraiture, and photo story essays. He believes that every image must convey a story. To him, image emotion is far more important than image perfection.

Chester is artistically inspired by the beauty, the sorrow, the hope, and the desire that his photographic subjects emote. His images portray contemporary grace, subtle sensuality, and real beauty.
